Welcome to the 6-month Health Coach Program, designed to help you improve your overall health and wellbeing. This program is tailored to your individual needs and will focus on your top 3 areas of improvement. We will meet virtually twice a month for 30-60 minutes per session, depending on your preference. You have two payment options to choose from.

Areas of Focus:

1. Sleep

  • Develop a personalized sleep routine and strategies to improve the quality and quantity of sleep
  • Identify and address any underlying sleep disorders or conditions that may be impacting sleep
  • Implement relaxation techniques to promote better sleep

2. Stress/Anxiety Reduction

  • Learn stress management techniques to reduce the impact of stress on your mental and physical health
  • Identify triggers and develop coping strategies for anxiety and stress
  • Implement mindfulness practices to promote relaxation and stress reduction

3. Nutrition

  • Create a personalized nutrition plan based on your dietary preferences, lifestyle, and health goals
  • Identify nutrient deficiencies and make recommendations for optimal nutrient intake
  • Develop strategies for healthy meal planning and preparation

4. Fitness

  • Develop a personalized fitness plan based on your fitness level, goals, and interests
  • Incorporate strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises for a well-rounded fitness program
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary

5. Motivation

  • Identify factors that may be impacting motivation and develop strategies to overcome them
  • Create short- and long-term goals and develop a plan for achieving them
  • Implement positive reinforcement strategies to maintain motivation and achieve success

6. Mindfulness

  • Learn mindfulness techniques to improve mental clarity and focus
  • Develop strategies for incorporating mindfulness into daily life
  • Promote overall wellbeing and stress reduction through mindfulness practices
